We want you and your doll to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for products in their original condition. Please note that personalized items and Doll Hospital services are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, or choose a QR code option for a paperless drop-off at participating locations.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Safely place your items in their original packaging and include the return packing slip inside the box before sealing it securely with shipping tape.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund's progress as it returns to our warehouse.
